What is TOA Visits?

An Arabic-first system for documenting field visits and meeting minutes. Employees write the record from the iPhone or iPad app at the visit, their manager approves it or returns it for correction, and management follows everything from the web dashboard.

How it works

  • Employees document the visit or meeting in the app. If the connection drops, the record is kept and sent automatically once it returns.
  • Managers approve the record or return it for correction with a written reason, within a deadline counted in working days.
  • Management follows records, tasks, planned visits and employee performance, and exports any record to Word or PDF.
